For products in stock, we offer two shipping options:

1. Royal Mail Next Working Day Delivery (BEFORE 3:00PM): Enjoy expedited shipping with our next day delivery service. Your order will be delivered to your doorstep within one business day at additional cost of £8.99

2. Royal Mail Standard Delivery: Opt for our standard delivery service, which typically takes 2 to 5 business days for your order to arrive at additional cost of £4.99

3 DHL/UPS/Fedex International orders: please note that it may take 5-7 business days for your order to arrive at additional cost of £29.99.

For products not currently in stock, we offer a pre-order option:

- Pre-Order (5-10 Business days): If the product you desire is not currently available, you have the option to pre-order it. Pre-ordered items will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days from the date your order is placed.

Returns Information

At DLCHAIR, we prioritise the satisfaction and hygiene of our customers. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on hair extensions, custom units & lace systems. However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

In the event that an error was made on our part with your order, we are happy to offer exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that exchanges will only be facilitated upon full inspection of the product to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. In the event of loss, customers are liable.
Please ensure returns are sent back using recorded next day delivery.

Hair Care

  • Hydration is Essential:

    Raw hair tends to be more prone to dryness, so keeping it well-hydrated is crucial. Use a moisturising shampoo and conditioner designed for raw hair to help retain moisture. Additionally, incorporate a hydrating hair serum into your routine to lock in moisture and add shine without weighing down your hair.

  • Handle with Care:

    Treat your raw hair gently to minimise breakage and damage. Avoid aggressive brushing or combing, and instead use a wide-tooth comb or your fingers to detangle. When towel-drying, blot your hair gently rather than rubbing it vigorously to prevent unnecessary friction that can lead to breakage. When styling, use heat protectant products to shield your hair from damage caused by hot tools, and avoid excessive heat styling.

  • Utilise Hair Serum:

    Hair serums are excellent for maintaining raw hair as they provide an extra layer of protection and moisture. After washing and conditioning, apply a small amount of hair serum to the lengths and ends of your hair to seal in moisture and smooth down any frizz or flyaways. Focus on the drier areas of your hair to keep them hydrated and healthy.
