2. Royal Mail Standard Delivery: Opt for our standard delivery service, which typically takes 2 to 5 business days for your order to arrive at additional cost of £4.99

3 DPD/UPS/Fedex International orders: please note that it may take 5-7 business days for your order to arrive at additional cost of £29.99.

For products not currently in stock, we offer a pre-order option:

- Pre-Order (5-10 Business days): If the product you desire is not currently available, you have the option to pre-order it. Pre-ordered items will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days from the date your order is placed.

Return policy :

At DLCHAIR, we prioritise the satisfaction and hygiene of our customers. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on hair extensions, custom units & lace systems. However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

In the event that an error was made on our part with your order, we are happy to offer exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that exchanges will only be facilitated upon full inspection of the product to ensure it meets our quality standards.
